All Bookings are made subject to these conditions
MINIMUM NIGHTS
Bookings in Winter (July, August and September) are only for 5 nights midweek from Sundays, 2 nights on weekends from Fridays or a combination of both.
From October to June a 2 night minimum applies.
PAYMENTS
Payment is required in full at the time of booking using a credit card via the secure Website. Please use the Bookings link to make a booking .
COVID SAFE PLAN
You will be required read and accept the Chorki COVIDSafe Plan prior to visiting Chorki. This plan reflects government requirements for shared accommodation facilities and may change from time to time.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
75% refund applies to bookings cancelled more than 30 days before your arrival. No refund applies for cancellations made less than 30 days except when:
– The room is rebooked, 100% refund applies.
– When Covid rules prevent travel, a date change, credit or refund will apply.

CONSIDERATION OF OTHERS.
We are a communal lodge and so it is very important that all guests consider others at all times. This means tidying up promptly after yourself and your children and keeping noise levels to a minimum after 10pm and before 7am.
SELF CLEANING
To keep our fees affordable and to allow a late check-out time, all guests are required to clean their room and ensuite before departure . Guests are also required to do a daily general cleaning duty and assist with snow clearing when necessary.
A $50 cleaning fee will apply if this is not done.
SPECIFIC ROOM ALLOCATION
Specific rooms are selected by guests when booking. However your room allocation may be changed by the Booking Officer if necessary based on the needs of all guests.
