Children:
Children under 3 years stay free of charge.
Minimum midweek stay:
Minimum midweek stay in Winter at Chorki Ski Lodge is five nights (arrive Sunday and depart Friday)
Cancellation Policy after full payment received:
75 per cent refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before your arrival date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before your arrival date except when:
- If the cancelled room is rebooked, a full refund is given
- If Covid rules prevent travel, a date change, credit or full refund will apply
No Smoking:
THERE is a NO SMOKING policy at Chorki Ski Lodge. This includes the outside balconies and around the property. Evidence of smoking in rooms or balconies will incur a cleaning fee payable by the guest.
Travel insurance:
Holiday plans can be disrupted and we are aware that cancellation fees can be expensive. For this reason we recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance when booking your holiday. It is generally inexpensive and offers valuable piece of mind.
Consideration for others:
We are a communal lodge so it is important that all our guests consider others AT ALL TIMES during their stay. This means tidying up after yourself and any children you may have and keeping noise levels down after 10pm.
Cleaning Fee:
To keep our costs low, all guests are required to clean their room prior to departure and ready for the next guests. Guests are also expected to assist with a daily cleaning roster for common areas within the lodge. A cleaning fee of $50 applies in cases where rooms are not cleaned and ready for the next guests.
Security Bond:
A refundable security bond is required for all whole lodge group bookings, and is also required for bookings at certain times of the year. You will be advised prior to your booking confirmation if a security bond is required.
Room Requests:
A particular room can be requested but the final decision on room allocation is made by the Booking Officer who will consider the needs of all guests at Chorki.
